I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. I am happy with my BBL done by Doctor Mehmet Ceber. Transportation was great. Everything went fine but piece of advice when you do an operation like BBL, make sure you have someone with you to assist and help you after the operation.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.
