I cannot begin to say what a truly amazing experience this journey was. From day one connecting with my customer coordinator at vanity clinic I felt I was in great hands. I flew here from Austin, Texas to have my breast implants removed and a breast lift. I did speak to various other Doctors in the USA but felt I wasn't being heard. My implants were 20 years old and the last few years I have experienced a lot of physical and emotional discomfort associated with my breast area. From the moment we landed in Istanbul, the patient coordinators had arranged for everything. They picked us up and took us straightaway for blood test. Then on the day of my surgery, the transport brought us to the clinic. I met with the doctor, then the patient coordinator, and then went straight in to surgery. Everything went smoothly and I spent the day, night and the next morning in the clinic. The staff was very professional and courteous, and it seems that every 3 hours they were bringing trays of food. Several days after the surgery I had my follow-up consultation. I am good to go home. The hotel where we stayed - the Mercur Altunizade - is under a mile from the clinic. It seems to be filled with fellow patients- breakfast has a collection of bandages and splints and other assorted accessories. The staff there is also friendly and professional. I had a rhinoplasty as well as a lip lift with Dr. Atsal. Everything was great- the airport pick-up, the hotel, and of course, the surgery. I was very nervous to have it done, but the staff were very kind, and my results were very good. I am just over the three-month mark now, and I am healing very well and starting to see my final results. I am already thrilled, and I know I will be even happier when the last of the swellings subsides.

Travelled to Antalya in November 2022 for breast augmentation surgery. I travelled on my own and from start to finish was made to feel very welcome and at ease with the whole Catchlife team and was very well looked after. My initial tests when I landed were quick and I was soon checked into my hotel. My coordinator let me know the details for the following day when I was collected and checked into the hospital where I met my surgeon Dr Ogan who advised me on what was possible and I trusted him completely. Mari woke me from my surgery and then I stayed overnight in the hospital and was taken back to my hotel the following morning. Despite the initial discomfort and tightness, I didn’t feel I was in terrible pain although I did have a daily check-up from a very kid nurse to check and change my dressings. I spent a few days relaxing before my final check-up with my surgeon. Catchlife has been totally amazing and this experience has absolutely changed my life. Highly recommend

I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Breast Augmentation and Lift, Tummy tuck and liposuction, Blepharoplasty. Very good value. I chose this clinic because- Isilay was very professional with being my first point of contact and answered all questions and concerns promptly. She was very thorough with arranging everything, right down to transfers to another hotel as I came a few days earlier with my family. The driver Ilyas was very professional. I had extra support people and Isilay also arranged accommodation for them also. The hospital took care of my family as well as myself. Dr Ali Cem did a wonderful job with my surgery and I am happy with my results. Çevre Hospital nursing staff were great, especially Ismet who also came to the hotel to do 3x lymphatic drainage massage. The Divan hotel was lovely and the service was great. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

I received excellent treatment from Dr Gorkem Atsal and his team (deep plane facelift). The hospital care was excellent. I am excitedly awaiting my final results. So far everything looks great.

I'm so glad that I chose Dr. Ulas Bali for my mommy make-over. Before and after my surgery, I felt safe with both Dr. Ulas Bali and his team Erdem. They helped me with everything, and answered my questions anytime of the day. I only have positive things to say about them. They explained everything about the aftercare for me. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I honestly cannot fault my experience one bit. All the way from my original enquiry about breast surgery, to booking, to flying over from the UK to having my surgery, every part of the experience has been incredible. The service has been 10/10, I haven't had a single worry about transfers from hotel to hospital, all of my concerns and questions have been answered honestly and I have been in great hands the whole way through. I was quite anxious and apprehensive to begin with, but I was able to bring my partner along with me who was able to stay by my side every step of the way. We were placed in an amazing and friendly hotel, transport too and from the hospital was organised for us, any medication and dressings were catered for and the hospital visit itself was better than any other I've seen elsewhere. This was my first ever surgery and from this experience alone, not only am I considering coming back for another treatment in the future, but I will also be recommending it to everybody who is considering surgery. If you are someone who is thinking of surgery, I highly recommend looking into your options and viewing flyhealth as a strong competitor, I cannot fault a single thing and I'm so grateful to each and every person involved in my journey.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

The amazing doctor who I found after a long research. I went for breathing problem and aesthetics. They were very involved with their team. I am very happy with the work that he has done. Post op day 5 and I breath very easily. He is very successful in his field, smiling, confident and reassuring. I am very lucky to have met Ferhat Ilen and definitely everyone's choice should be Ferhat Ilen.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Thank you Dr.Durukan and your team my experience was definitely 10/10. I am over the moon with my result so far it is everything I wanted and more.

With Health Direct Medical Clinics, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. I felt comfortable the entire time because everyone there seemed friendly. Melissa in particular took great care of me both before and after the treatment. She saw to it that I had all I required for rest and healing. Also, the clinics I visited for the examination were spotless. The doctor verified that everything was alright. I sincerely appreciate it.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I went here for cosmetic surgery with Dr Sabahattin Kandall and everything was amazing from before I arrived to how I am healing now. Susan who organised everything for me was available all the time on wats app to answer all my questions. The hospital is spotless clean and very modern and staff and nurses can not do enough for you. The surgeon is a genius and I felt 100 % safe in his care. He goes above and beyond for you with full explanation of everything step by step. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone or the dr. I would not go anywhere else.
