From the moment we arrived the service was very good. The driver was there at the airport with a name board. Claudia who was our original contact from our first enquiry, was on the phone as soon as we landed to ensure we were met. The hotel was 20 mins away. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Ayse our guide and translator met us the first morning right on time and escorted us to the hospital. She kept us up to date with appointment times and met with us every morning. The surgeon Professor Demirseren MD was very reassuring and spoke excellent English. His assistant doctor Eren was very good also. He even visited late evening along with Ayse to make sure all was ok and both were contactable at any time. Everything was done for us including collecting my prescriptions to take back. I am so pleased with my surgery and my recovery and would recommend this company and surgeons. If your think of any cosmetic surgery check this company out first.

I was so pleased with my results from my recent surgeries with Catch Life in Antalya. Dr. Bahadir Celik is amazing, and I felt safe in his hands. I researched well and am happy and felt reassured I made the right choice. The coordinators are wonderful and always ready to help, responding to queries very promptly. I was worried, panicky and apprehensive hearing all those horror stories about gastric sleeve surgery - however, the team were just beyond reproach. Dr Mani was superb a total professional and a real nice guy as well, attentive and going out of his way to help. The support team were also excellent - they took are of me though pre-op to post op and release. The journey taken becomes a lot easier with a team of such high calibre. The team took care of everything providing exceptional communication starting with Nesrin and this carried through to the nurses and dietitian teams. In summary, you’re in good hands from start to finish - I was recommended Dr Mani and his team at the NewMe Health clinic and they lived up to their reputation and much much more. Would I recommend them - absolutely!
