I got picked up from the airport straight to the clinic to get all the necessary test done before my surgery and to hotel. I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

17 days ago I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and a belly button hernia. Starting from consultation through WhatsApp and visiting the clinic everything was so welcoming. Doctor Houtan is really professional and so friendly that all stress goes away. Results already can see and I’m all satisfied with that. Upper blephaplasy. I had communicated with the lovely Aislee to have this procedure done in Feb 2022 by Dr Mak. I was very nervous at first as it was a different country but everybody was so nice & Dr Mak made me feel relaxed as he is quite laid back. Aislee was very prompt answering any questions I had, also worked around me as I had other appointments getting my teeth veneered in Antalya also. I was so pleased with the price as you get ripped off in the UK! I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the result, if you need your eyes done, Dr Mak is the man.. I am going back to him in 2 weeks time for breast augmentation so will review again when I’m back. I recommend Dr Mak, Aislee is lovely & always ready to answer all questions. Also the driver Nuri, such a lovely friendly man. And the scars are invisible! 👌🏼
