I underwent an aesthetic procedure on my nose at Dr. Toncic's polyclinic. The staff at the clinic were very kind individuals who took great care of me after my surgery. Dr. Dinko Toncic, the surgeon, is very skilled in modifying an individuals nose to their looks, leaving them with a nose that looks proportional to the face and an overall better physical appearance. I am very happy with my nose now and would recommend polyclinic Toncic to anyone seeking a satisfying rhinoplasty result.

I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I have had a scalp wart for 2 years that comes and goes and drives me nuts. The practice nurse at my surgery has scraped it off and checked the histology but it rapidly returned so I wanted a proper job doing without spending a fortune. I was able to see Dr Chambers very quickly and he gave it a good blast or 3 of cryotherapy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Job has done. I can return for a further treatment free of charge if this doesn't work but I am hoping this will suffice. I am delighted with the service Cotswold Cosmetics provided and will certainly recommend them.

Dr Raj is terrific, his demeanour immediately puts you at ease. Today was my second visit to this beautiful, clean and friendly clinic. After another very thorough consultation, medical history and giving consent my treatment commenced. I had Face tite with liposuction followed by Morpheus 8. Although the treatment sounded a little scary I didn’t feel any pain, the anaesthetic made sure of that. I can’t recommend Dr Raj enough. Nothing was too much trouble and his cheeky smile is a bonus.
