Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

I have been visiting Dermoperfection for the past couple of years for anti-wrinkle treatment. I always feel I am in safe hands with Amy, with her expert knowledge and clinical expertise and couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you as always.

I had liposuction and fat transfer (BBL) with Dr Markos Hatzipieras. He is fantastic! Outstanding surgeon, very friendly, professional, funny and reassuring. Future procedures will definitely be done by him. Everyone at Hatzipieras was lovely and welcoming. I’m 3 weeks post-surgery and my results are already amazing.

Have been to many but I loved the way the treatment was handled and information and costs for another treatment I never knew about and will do soon. Absolutely was no pressure just wanted to let me know as was the awesome manner of the young man doing my treatment (so sorry forgot your name but 10/10 great customer service).

I am a visitor to Thailand and I have now been to Dr. Yada 2 times. I came all the way from the USA to use her services. I have twice done the SylfirmX Treatment combined with neurotoxin. I wanted to spend some time writing a review about my experience. First, let me start by saying up front. This is 5 stars quality similar or equal to what I would get in the United States. I have done some treatments out there as well and there are a lot of advantages to coming to Thailand. The experience: When you enter Dr. Yada's Central Office on Maman Mansion Road, you are welcomed by a professional, well-dressed, extremely courteous and sweet staff. They treat you like a special guest. Because I was new, they educated me on what procedures were available by showing me videos, related pricing, and explanations to my questions. Once they learned a bit, they eventually took me in for a consultation with Dr. Yada where I decided to try SylfirmX. I paid for the service which was a very reasonable rate, roughly half of the price in the US if not less. After that time, they photograph you from multiple angles, give you some slippers and take you to apply a numbing agent. You spend about an hour with the numbing agent so that your face is numb enough for the procedure. The entire time, the staff is incredibly sweet and reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how great the entire team of Dr. Yada's is. They are amazing and Dr. Yada is so nice to everyone. They feel like a welcoming family. Then you go onto the treatment. They seem to be using the very best equipment. Lasers that are FDA approved. Dr Yada knows all the latest issues about anti-aging treatments and comes up with a plan that is suited to you. In my case, it's SylfirmX with microneedling. During the entire procedure which lasts around an hour, her team is assisting Dr. Yada who does the procedure herself. It's a little bit of pain of course, but they are there the entire way to make you feel wonderful. After the treatment, they give you an aftercare program and follow up on "Line" to keep track of you and have you send pictures of your progress. They never bother you but are always helpful! I had no idea what to expect with Dr. Yada but I had followed her line for a few years before I finally went. I feel like this decision to visit Dr. Yada changed my life. People are telling me I look great...I believe Dr. Yada's treatment is the reason. They turned a weakness, my skin, into a strength in just a few visits. Thank you Dr. Yada and your Team! I really like you guys!

I had some skin issues. The doctor and staff were very polite and professional. The doctor is very skilled. I can truly recommend this place. This clinic is equipped with the latest laser technology, everyone speaks very good English. Great results done by an experienced doctor. Great service, very happy with the result. As a long-standing patient of Dr.Siyamek’s I recently decided to remove some sun spots and pigmentation on my cheeks and forehead. I am thirty five years old and this year I have noticed after Summer that the sun damage to my skin has become more noticeable. Dr. Siyamek initially discussed treatment options but recommended Broadband Light skin treatment for my desired results, skin type and tone. After understanding where the problem areas were on my face using specialist photographic images, he started the process. He explained how long it would take and communicated with me about the sensation I might feel. My eyes were protected from the light with appropriate safety goggles. The treatment was fast and efficient. There was a small pause between repeating the process three times. Afterwards my skin felt hot and looked red, like a sunburn. Following this just a few hours later this feeling subsided. Over the duration of the next six days my sun spots have significantly reduced, especially the ones I was trying to eradicate. Dr Siyamek is skilled, trustworthy, calm and understanding. I have always had great results from his work - whether that be mesotherapy, botox, fillers or BBL. He takes time to know you and your thoughts. If you have any requests he always takes them into account and goes above and beyond to fulfill them. Overall I am very satisfied with his outstanding treatment and demeanour. I will continue to seek his guidance for my aesthetic needs.

I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌

I'm doing fractional laser treatment at this clinic for 3 sessions. I have a really bad acne scar and large pores and I can see my acne scar and large pores. It reduced it and I gained my confidence. Thank you the the doctors who consented to my acne scar problem and for giving me help and advice.
