The treatment I had for the restoration of the heel fat pads at Cannock went perfectly, all staff were incredibly helpful, and the whole procedure went so well that it was very enjoyable. Dr Lewis acted calmly and with great authority when I called her when my daughter was taken ill in March 2020. My 11-year-old daughter had developed a very worrying cough and was very poorly. My local NHS GP would not see her or prescribe antibiotics and told me coldly that my child should be put in isolation for 14 days and wait and see what happens? Everyone with her symptoms was being treated as if they had Coronavirus and would not listen to the fact that she had pre-existing chest problems and had bronchitis many times in the past and ended up in the hospital. I could not accept this and called Dr Lewis she listened carefully and took full control of the situation. Her surgery was closing at 1pm and I could not get there before 1.30 yet when I arrived she had all the medicines packaged and waiting for me in a separate place even after they had closed I gave my daughter her pumps and antibiotics within two hours of making a phone call to Dr Lewis. Alice is now recovering well thanks to Dr Lewis's fast action and knowledge. I can totally recomend Surrey GP Dr Lewis even phoned to see how Alice was in her own time. A great Dr you can trust and rely on. Thank you, Dr Lewis, from all our family.

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. I have been coming to Dawn for many years. I lie about my age often - thanks to Dawn! It’s become an ongoing joke as I started taking 5 years off my DOB and now I take 10 years off! What I love the most is how professional Dawn is and on more than 1 occasion she has told me ‘you don’t need fillers’ or ‘ that will be too much for your lips/face’. Dawn will not take your money and will turn it away for you to look good, that’s not the case for all practitioners, unfortunately. I can not recommend Dawn enough and her new salon is a dream it’s very clinical and immaculate. I will continue rolling back the years with Dawn and recommending her, it’s our faces at the end of the day! Don’t take a risk with unrealistic offers book with a professional who cares.

Been coming to Julia for years for treatments and would highly recommend her clinic. She knows her stuff and is extremely passionate about what she does. I recently had a softwave and have seen a massive improvement in my neck, and it has lifted my hooded eyelids. Julia and Viki made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my treatment. I have been seeing Liz for about 6 months now and can’t recommend her enough for both her menopausal & aesthetic expertise (I see her for both & she is amazing).
