I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

Excellent clinic. Kathy put my 11year old daughter at ease. She was very friendly and professional. The results were amazing and we even had a nice follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. My daughter had a large skin tag removed under her eye. Excellent treatment at Grey Door with Kayti. My husband had an annoying wart removed on his shoulder which hardly left a mark. So I put my trust in Kayti to remove a raised mole on my cheek which had started to pop out hairs. I’m so so happy. I took all the advice for the after care and the result is flawless. Graham did my tattoo today and I can’t express how professional and caring he was towards the image I wanted. From start to finish he took my wishes I wanted into the finished product. It meant so much, not just aesthetically but emotionally too. My tattoo means far more than just an image and I will be forever grateful. I visited Amethyst for waxing - underarms, lower leg, and hollywood. I have just moved here from Brighton and am so pleased to have found Amethyst and Sharon. I was nervous changing my beauty clinic after years going to the same lady for waxing, but Sharon put me instantly at ease and did all my waxing professionally and as pain free as possible, chatting away and making me feel comfortable. The treatment was good value and efficient. The clinic was clean and welcoming. I have found my new waxing lady! Such a relief.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

Really great - warm, friendly, totally professional. This has been a relationship over time now and there's nothing I would fault. Debbie is the best (and most highly qualified) beautician I've dealt with.
