I was trained at Masters Degree level at one of the longest standing training schools in the UK. I am insured, accredited and registered. I have been told that I am very natural at making people feel comfortable and at ease, which really helps the process. I am also aware that making the first contact can be a little daunting so I offer a free 10 minute chat over the phone to help you feel more confident and relaxed about seeking therapy.
