Therapy – when you are ready for change – is a good choice, and it can be a great one. I run a small psychotherapy practice in the heart of Dunshaughlin village. I do one-to-one counselling with adults, and I also do couples' counselling, using a wide variety of approaches (mainly CBT, Glasserian and person-centred). I have always worked with a broad range of presenting issues in my clinical practice.  I realise seeking therapy is usually a tough decision to make, but you are more than welcome to arrange a free first no-obligation consultation to see do you think we can work together towards healing and change in your life.  My fees are competitive (€50 per session) with lower rates for the unwaged or elderly people.  I have a Diploma (First Class Honours) and Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (First Class Honours) from the IICP College in Tallaght. Best You Counselling and Psychotherapy offers a broad range of confidential counselling and psychotherapy services. Depending on your location, sessions can be conducted either in person, online or by phone. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to get to your appointment so we provide early morning (before working hours) evening and weekend appointments as well as standard daytime slots. Those living in different time zones will also be accommodated as best we can! In life unfortunately we will all have difficult experiences at one time or another - it is part of the contract of being alive.
