I came in thinking I didn’t need our “chats” and ended up being one of the most beneficial things for me that I have done. Allan has a wonderful way of helping you open up and figure out what the issues may be. He has helped me make everyday life and dealing with my issues a whole lot easier. I could not recommend him enough!

Siobhan was wonderful from day one and always made me feel very comfortable each session. I never felt short for time her or felt like she was rushing me to finish a session, it always seemed to end on my terms which were really nice. She seemed to pinpoint my issues and help my confidence grow tenfold. Though our sessions are done for now I feel I can always go back whenever I'm having a particularly bad week. Couldn't recommend her enough especially for those who've never done this kind of sessions.

We are using Leigh-Anne to help with an affair. She is very softly spoken and polite and definitely knows what she is talking about.

Tara was extremely helpful! She was unlike many therapists that just listen and make you think for yourself. Tara listens and talks to you and advises which is exactly what I needed. She is truly a wonderful human being and I’ve appreciated all that she has done for me. A very safe, private and quiet place to talk.
