Who can attend?

We each encounter stressors in our lives and can sometimes face challenges which we had not expected. At GLÓR we understand the importance of providing tools and techniques so that each individual can learn to take control of their own difficulties. Enabling people to help themselves through counselling and support will not only serve to assist a person in overcoming a present difficulty, but will also protect against the impact of future stressors.
