B.Sc. (Hons) in Counselling/Psychotherapy from Middlesex University UK . Diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy from PCI College Dublin. Professional Certificates in Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy and ECP (Formation Spirituality). Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Counsellors/Psychotherapists (IACP) Ursula has been working on a one-to-one basis with clients over the past number of years in a general counselling centre, on issues such as depression, panic attacks, loss, bereavement, divorce/separation, anger, trauma, etc., and in a residential drug addiction centre with recovering persons. Apart from Ursula’s Professional Qualifications in Counselling/Psychotherapy, Ursula has ‘life experience’. Her work background was primarily dealing with personnel, in the Hotel & Construction Industries, and she has had many personal challenges in life, before counselling found her. She cannot only “talk the talk”, but she has “walked the walk too”!
