Cork Wellbeing Counselling and Psychotherapy  offers one to one counselling, psychotherapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy. In our practice we offer a three-dimensional approach to good mental health, we believe that mind, body and spirit need to be in balance in order for our lives to flourish.
