AWAKEN NLP Psychotherapy and Counseling Services

We are providing individual, couple and family psychotherapy using the principles of NLP.

The NLP approach is solution oriented brief therapy. The emphasis is on the present moment and future outcome.

Each interaction contains specific questions intended to provide greater insight and awareness of how we get stuck in our limiting patterns and how to get “unstuck.” Based on the answers to these questions and the presenting symptoms, we determine the appropriate NLP technique or intervention.

Our results are powerful and long lasting, but our orientation is short term.  That means that you may come for one session or several. We are flexible about frequency and duration. While some people may be interested in working on one or two very specific problems, like quitting smoking or a specific phobia, which may take a few sessions, other people may want to work with a therapist on a number of presenting concerns that may involve weeks or months.
