Hello, I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and accredited CBT therapist offering private therapy and other psychological services in central Lincolnshire. I offer treatment for a wide range of difficulties from anxiety, stress, and depression to more complex and specialist conditions such as trauma, disordered eating, and abuse. My main therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, cognitive analytic therapy and schema therapy. I also offer consultation, training and supervision. My practice is based in Sleaford, within easy reach of Lincoln, Grantham, Newark, and Boston. 

This general medical and primary healthcare practice runs two NHS clinics in North Lincolnshire. The clinics are located at Brigg and Broughton. Telephone consultations are offered and home visits are arranged for patients who are too ill to travel to the clinics. Patients can securely order repeat prescriptions online from the clinics. Services provided include general NHS health checks for men, women and children, the administration of childhood and adult immunizations and travel vaccines, maternity care and the services of a midwife, family planning assistance, minor surgical procedures, chronic disease management and treatment for minor illnesses.
