The Injury Treatment Centre was established in 1991 in central Worthing to provide a high-quality physiotherapy service, specialising in sports injuries, back and neck pain, and joint or muscle problems, whether they are caused by sport or leisure activities, work place issues or accidents (including Road Traffic Accidents). We are able to carry out workstation assessments in office or factory settings with reports and recommendations, and work closely with local solicitors to resolve the physical aspects of injury claims. We also provide a number of outreach services. In particular we provide services to individuals within residential and nursing homes or in their own home – our aim is to maximise their independence.

Fast accurate diagnosis and effective treatments for sports injuries, physical conditions and pain are provided at the clinics run by this group. We specialise in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, but also treat many other problems including  pain syndromes, ageing related problems, women's health problems, sports performance and work related injuries. We also have a massage therapist and work from our clinic in Wadhurst and Crowborough. Our main goal with every patient we see is to get an accurate diagnosis; this is the basis for successful treatment. Then we discuss with you the mechanics of your problem, why you've got it, what can be done, and a timeline for your diagnosis. We work closely together with GP's and specialists, and have access to more specific tests i.e. MRI scans.
