Back 2 Fitness is a Chiropractic Clinic and Personal Training Studio that helps its patients recover from injuries, aches, and pains and help with fitness and weight goals. The team at the facility emphasises on rehabilitation of injuries and the use of personal training in their private gym. Chiropractic can treat many problems and is known for treating musculoskeletal conditions. They treat problems including headaches, whiplash, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulders and injuries, tennis and golfer's elbow, repetitive strain injuries (RSI), and poor posture. Techniques used for treatment are Thompson terminal point technique, activator, acupuncture, interferential and ultrasound.
