We therefore understand the demands of an athletes body, as well as the overworked office worker with back and neck pain. 

At the Docklands clinic we are based in the Citi Bank Building .Our clinic is located on Level 33 of the Citigroup Tower.

We also provide on site services to local businesses. Contact us to arrange for the therapists to come to your office to give desk / ergonomic assessments and on site physiotherapy or sports massage---- We will give FREE 1hour back care talks to your staff, contact us for details.

Biography:

Yvonne graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2013 and has worked in various clinics and hospitals across both Sydney and London.

She has worked in acute orthopaedics, NHS musculoskeletal outpatients, private sports practices and field side for sporting teams, developing a well-rounded understanding of patients throughout all levels of their recovery. Yvonne complements her physiotherapy degree with the use of further qualifications in acupuncture/dry needling and APPI Pilates.

Yvonne has a keen interest in cycling, netball and tag rugby and was the team physio for GB Tag Rugby in 2016.

Chris is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, having

extensive experience working with patients with a variety of pain presentations, from post-operative rehabilitation to treatment of sporting injuries. In addition to working in physiotherapy clinics, Chris has worked alongside a wide range of medical professionals, in GP surgeries and orthopaedic departments.

 
Chris qualified in 2012 at St Georges University of London, where he achieved the prize for ‘Excellence in Clinical Practice’ and had his research project published in a peer reviewed journal. He has completed numerous post-graduate training courses, including in sporting rehabilitation, and has just completed a Masters Degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London.

Having played a wide range of sports and as a weight training enthusiast, Chris has a particular interest in how strength and conditioning training can be used to promote tissue healing in the rehabilitation process

Daniela qualified as a sports and dance therapist with London Metropolitan University. She has worked in private and NHS physio clinics, a contemporary dance school and rugby teams helping with postural assessments, screening, injury prevention and rehabilitation. She strongly believes that sports and remedial massage are essential in preventing injuries, back pain and stress.

Daniela has a keen interest in gymnastics and ballet due both to her Bulgarian origins, a country in which ballet and rhythmic gymnastics schools have achieved international acclaim, and having grown up in a family that includes professional ballet dancers and teachers. She has worked alongside physiotherapists and choreographers at The Place - contemporary dance school, and The Bulgarian National School of Dance Art helping with injuries recovering, auditions and screening programmes.

Daniela also works as a sports therapist at London Welsh Rugby club.

After qualifying in 2008 from the University of Brighton Jack immediately began working with athletes from an amateur to national level. 

He has always maintained a keen interest in sports podiatry throughout his career while also spending considerable time working in routine chiropody, diabetic clinics, cosmetic podiatry, bio-mechanics and nail surgery, all within NHS and private practice.

 The role of the lower limb in everyday life is as important in the non athlete as in the enthusiastic amateur and he offers a wide range of specialist treatments to enable effective care and recovery.

 Jack is mainly based in central London but will regularly run clinics in the surrounding areas to work with local teams, clinics and sports facilities to ensure clients are able to maintain their commitment to healthy gait and posture and that have the opportunity to seek specialist treatment.

 Jack was an active rugby and american football player and is a keen cyclist. 

His treatment philosophy is accurate, tailored care and uses his experience and enthusiasm to deliver results.
