I was having ongoing problems with a sore knee that was preventing me from running, after being unsatisfied with the advice from my GP I decided to go directly to a physiotherapist and spent some time looking at reviews for people in the area. I found Marek and was able to quickly and easily make an appointment. He came to my house and was able to examine my knee and work out the cause of the problem, from there he gave me a thorough treatment plan to get me back on my feet. The plan was easy to follow and didn't feel difficult to add to my daily routine and after a few days I began to notice an improvement in my knee. As treatment progressed Marek gave me ways to change the stretches so that I'd be getting the most out of them. My knee feels much better after all of this and I was finally able to start running again. Throughout Marek was professional and helpful, he clearly has a great deal of knowledge regarding the musculoskeletal system and could plainly explain everything in a way that I could understand. I'd be happy to call Marek for any future issues and to recommend him to others.

I perform hip and knee replacements along with knee arthroscopy for meniscal and cartilage conditions. My specialist interest is in musculoskeletal oncology in particular soft tissue sarcomas. My specialist post-graduate training in Trauma & Orthopaedics was in the East Midlands (South) T&O rotation. Damien is the best physio to have treated me. I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back. I was in a lot of pain. After a course of physio sessions it does not trouble me now. A surgeon viewing scans for a different issue said I must be in a lot of pain due to my disc disease. I would definitely recommend Damien.

I was seen by Billie today to assess and treat me for a long-standing lower back and sacral iliac joint problem. The treatment I received was excellent very thorough and professionally delivered. I felt like I had received an intensive hour of treatment encompassed by the detailed assessment relating to my clinical symptoms. The practice is very clean very welcoming and sanitised thoroughly whilst you are there. I have also been treated a year or so ago for a problem shoulder and again the treatment was exceptionally delivered by Rob. Thank you again. Hope to book in again soon!.
