Treatment can take up to 6 applications before gaining satisfactory results and in some cases may not resolve verrucae at all. 
Orthotics £40 - £250
Insoles correct foot posture and restore the heel to its optimal position they also provide arch support which stabilises the foot further. Once the foot is corrected rotation of the tibia is reduced and the knee, hip and lower back are returned to a normal position. Cryotherapy  
Cryotherapy is the application of coldfor the treatment of injury or pain. It reduces temperature of the damaged area,which helps to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation. This can be used in theform of an ice pack, crushed ice, or cold water submersion, depending on thearea to be treated. Your therapist may use this, or ice massage as a form oftreatment, or advise you to use it at home.
