About Weaver Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic

Our aim is to provide high quality and cost effective evidence based targeted treatment and rehabilitation, accelerating patients return to optimal physical capability whilst influencing their psychological and social health.

We are based on the first floor, above Jigglefit, in a newly refurbished and modern clinic, with a relaxing reception area where comfortable seating and refreshments are available. All of our spacious treatment rooms have excellent fully equipped rehabilitation facilities, allowing our clients to progress effectively through their treatment. Free parking is available to all clients .

Our philosophy at Weaver Physio is to assist the body’s natural healing processes by providing a hands on approach to physiotherapy. Helping to restore the body’s normal and balanced movement will allow damaged tissue to repair, thus avoiding patient dependency on therapy. By empowering and educating the patient, this becomes a vital part of that process.

Targeting the cause of your musculoskeletal injury rather than just treating your symptoms is essential in being treated effectively. During your first visit to the clinic, a full assessment, diagnosis & treatment will be provided. During this process your condition will be explained, and a specific, appropriate and individual management plan. We also would like you to feel encouraged to ask questions at this point.

At the end of your first session you will have a clear idea of your condition, and the treatment to be undertaken and will have started your treatment. You will also have a specific individual home exercise programme to help maintain the progress made in therapy.
