Biography:
Chief Executive and Head of Clinical Services. She is an experienced consultant occupational physician with a proven track record of delivering occupational services in a variety of sectors. As well as being the clinical lead she has been appointed as the Chief Executive of Corporate Health and is responsible the delivery of all the charity’s services whether they be clinical, educational or research in nature. She trained as a GP in the NHS and underwent training as a consultant in Occupational Medicine in the Army. During her service, Nikki effectively set up multidisciplinary teams delivering clinical services demonstrating her management as well as clinical competencies. She is a keen proponent of quality management systems ensuring robust, efficient delivery of clinical services. She understands the use of innovation to bring a fresh approach in the delivery of occupational health services tailored to clients. She has a keen interest in mental and physical resilience, both growing issues as the working population is increasing in age. She has been involved in commissioning research with regard to fitness for work and working with key partners to develop the evidence base in Occupational Health.

Dr David Foster

Biography:
Head of Corporate Services. With a strong background in the SME sector starting with a market analysis company and moving through companies in software, biotechnology, computer gaming and hospitality sectors, David has developed a broad range of financial and accounting skills. This includes first and second round fund raising for small PLCs and the development of robust systems to ensure successful project implementation. As Head of Corporate Services, David has overseen the transformation of the finance and information technology systems within the organisation and is committed to ensuring financial probity and integrity in all aspects of the charity’s work. He is the lead for the Corporate Services Team comprising of the Accounts and Finance Team and Human Resources lead ensuring the smooth running of the charity delivered against their quality management goals and Training Team delivering high quality courses to clients and occupational health professionals.

Dr Tori Cunningham

Biography:
Head of Operations. With over 5 years experience in Occupational Health Management roles, Tori is responsible for all aspects of Operational Delivery within the organisation including Account Management and Customer Services. Tori has experience of working with organisations across a range of sectors including local and central government, private, logistics and NHS. He works closely with clients to build trusting long-term relationships and a partnership working approach. Tori is committed to ensuring process improvement, identifying and resolving any issues with operational or contractual delivery, as well as developing contract offerings to best suit customers changing environments. He is the lead for the Service Delivery Team comprising of Customer Services who are experienced, dedicated and professional personnel equipped and trained to work with the customers to deliver excellent customer service, manage cases and liaise between the customer, and Account Management understanding the need to deliver timely and commercially relevant services.
