Your initial appointment will consist of a history taking, physical examination and the start of your treatment regime. Treatment may consist of exercise therapy, electrotherapy, massage, mobilisation, manipulation or acupuncture.  Generally, a further 2-5 sessions maybe required. We are registered with most Private Health Insurers, please do contact them prior to booking your first appointment to check the terms and conditions of your policy as well as to be provided with a claim/authorisation number for your physiotherapy treatments.
