The heart of my practice is detailed history taking and biomechanical examination of the musculoskeletal (MSK) system to reach the definite diagnosis.

Our approach is very evidence based upon physical medicine + MSK medicine. The basis of the treatment plans is eventually being able to optimize the MSK system in order to prevent pain/injuries and have the patients return to/start a long term exercise program.




Treated patients can belong to all the MSK pain groups including but not limited to 

  • acute and chronic spinal pain, 
  • joint and sof tissue pain, 
  • sports injuries, 
  • post-operative conditions, and 
  • intractible pain. 

Treatment approach is based on achieving the highest pain-free functional level in the shortest time, incorporating 


manual techniques,

massage, 

therapeutic & sports exercise, 

and home exercise programs.
