I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. Such a professional and friendly clinic! I am totally amazed and pain-free from just one session - I have been going to a chiropractor for months for pain in my shoulder. Also to BUPA who suggested an injection that I was not too happy about having. Luckily someone recommended Optimum Performance and I am so glad they did I will be back next week - thank you so much, Sue.

I only see Julian, always greeted with a smile, he is always brilliant and sorts my back out - it might take a few sessions but give it a chance. He took over Mario about 5 years ago but in my personal view, he is better and has brought a more modern view on the way he treats his patients. 5 stars.

They are amazing. Had an aggravated herniated disc in my lower lumbar due to an accident in my work. I booked an appointment with Kevin and happily book me as quick as he can. He was really surprised by the status of my mobility I can barely walk and in such pain but he has never given up with me and his explanation encouragement make me feel comfortable and less depressed. I see him every week to continue the therapy for almost 2 months now. I am so happy that I can walk and no such pain and teaching me how to rehabilitate my muscle on my legs. He is really the best and highly recommended👏
