The practice is single handed and ran by me (Ben Adams).  I specialize in classical and cranial osteopathy, both of these approaches focus on treating the whole body, not just the bit that is painful. As this practice focuses on health and not just ease of symptoms a comprehensive case history is taken, dietary and lifestyle and postural advice are a very important part of the consultation process.  I'm passionate about osteopathy and believe it can help almost anyone have a better quality of health.
