Graduated from the British College of Osteopathy and Naturopathy (now known as the British College of Osteopathic Medicine) in 1991 after a four year, full time course in Osteopathy & Naturopathy. Whilst in her third year she also studied acupuncture at The Centre of Complimentary Medicine from the acclaimed Dr's Julian Kenyon and George Lewith, leaders in the field of acupuncture. Denise is a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society, (BMAS). After graduation, she worked alongside her husband, John, in his established clinic in North London and also opened her own practice in Enfield before setting off to live and work in Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.
