Went to the first consultation and was asked for my details, problem description, accident history and any other problems I may have, I then had an examination. and was relieved to hear that something could be done with my hip problem, and an extra problem he found in my lower spine that I forgot to mention. I also felt relaxed and thought it was a good value, and looking forward to my next visit.

Having spent nearly three months in excruciating neck pain. I was at a loss for what to do but didn't want to go to the Doctor and be put on a lengthy waiting list. A friend recommended Rosie and her team, I made my initial appointment. I'll admit, I was rather sceptical of it all but Rosie spent time talking about all aspects of my neck pain to ensure she was treating the whole body, not just one area. After the first session, I felt relief from the constant pain I had been in. I actually cried on the way home because I could move my neck! Rosie has been treating me for just under five months, it turns out that I had two herniated discs and a trapped nerve. All of which she has treated without a single prescription drug. I cannot thank Rosie enough for her hard work and for introducing me to cranial massage. Which is a rather stressed out individual, has worked absolute wonders for me. Again, I was not a believer that this would help in any way. But now I feel so much lighter in my own self, I am happier, I am more relaxed and most importantly I am pain-free. Rosie and her team are amazing, I would recommend them to anyone with pain issues. Finally, a very big thank you to the team for looking after me so well. Max is a wise and talented osteopath who has been treating me on + off for almost 9 years, since i moved to Newton Abbot. My physical stiffness problems stem from being knocked off my bicycle in the mid-1990s when i had my 1st experience of seeing another osteopath. Last year i had a flare up + was in excruciating pain, could barely walk + was taking strong pain relief medication before i saw Max again. After my treatment, the pain was gone, i felt light as a feather and walked from South Road all the way home to Kingsteignton. This took an hour + really lifted my spirits - i felt like the Usain Bolt of walking!! The relief of being out of pain was indescribable. Due to coronavirus i last saw Max in February and am delighted that i will be seeing him again next week. I recommend seeing Max 100%. If you are having thoughts about seeing him, give him a call and go from there. You won't be disappointed.
