I am looking forward to my next treatmentAngela, Ireland, 25 05 22

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Thank you Iwona, it is a lovely experience that I will always look forward to.

Osteopath Consultation
Stresses and strains can accumulate over time and symptoms may begin somewhat insidiously. The Osteopath works with structural imbalances that are present in the body to restore a state of physical balance. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health. Most people associate osteopathy with back and spinal care for which it can prove to be an effective solution for helping with associated pain. Mechanical problems in the structure of the body can not only lead to aches or pains in the joints, tissues, muscles etc. but it can also lead to disturbances in the internal organs and the way they work. Irregular function may impair blood circulation or lymphatic drainage, and disrupt the nerve supply to any part of the body, thus having a detrimental effect on health. Osteopaths use a wide range of “hands on” techniques to identify, diagnose and treat dysfunction in the body in order to restore the body’s structure and function to a state of balance so that the healing process can be accelerated, thereby improving vitality and general health. Osteopathy does far more than care for back pain and postural irregularities. It also deals with a wide array of issues such as: migrainesheadachesdigestive problemsperiod problemsrespiratory problemsvulnerability to infections due to a depleted immune systemIt has a calming affect on the nervous system and can help with fatigue, mood swings or depression, disturbed sleep. It can help people resolve emotional issues such as anger, grief, depression.

In one visit has me moving more comfortably againTony, Ireland, 07 10 21

I have been troubled with low back pain on and off for quite some time. The situation was brought to a head by a spasm that laid me low and the ongoing back pain led me to Cameron who was recommended to me. He very quickly diagnosed the cause of my problems and in one visit has me moving more comfortably again. Cameron is approachable and highly efficient. I am grateful for the recommendation that led me to him.

He is excellent at his workTeresa, Ireland, 16 02 24

I attended Mark Smyth in 'WhatClinic' as I had lower back pain. He was very welcoming and reassuring, and so, I felt at ease very quickly. Soon after the treatment I had less pain, as it had already improved. My back is much better now. I also have osteoporosis and before I arrived for my appointment I was concerned as to how it would be when he was working on my back. But my concerns quickly disappeared, as Mark knew what to do and was excellent in his osteopathy approach. Mark is caring and committed. He has a most welcoming approach, and I am in no doubt about his capacity to give of his best when treating his patients in a caring and professional manner. He is excellent at his work.
