I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. I felt the treatment at Crown IVF was excellent and very professional. After embryo transfer I stayed within the unit for a period of time which I felt made a big difference. This was not done in the UK for my previous IVF treatment and I believe this contributed to my positive outcome with Crown IVF. I had a wonderful experience with Crown IVF, the team were extremely helpful, sympathetic and dedicated. Although I was nervous about my IVF journey, everyone made me feel very relaxed and were always on hand to discuss any worries I had. I, as a 35-year-old woman with a very poor ovarian reserve (0.31ng/ml) was really challenging because I could not produce more than two eggs per cycle, but he did everything possible to make it happen by changing my protocol, doses………finally we got two blastocysts that resulted in a beautiful and healthy baby boy who is now two months old(we did two retrievals and one transfer). We can't explain the joy and happiness we have to be called parents today! We deeply appreciate Dr Harry for playing an important role in this journey! I found Dr Selims clinic after having 2 failed IVF cycles and no answers here in the UK. Out of all the clinics I spoke to in Istanbul, there was something about Dr Selim that stood out the most. How I was not his patient yet but he made the time to answer all of my questions over email and phone. Over a year and then months he never got tired of my questions and always responded to me. Even up until this day! There is no other clinic where you will find this type of service in the UK and maybe not even in Turkey.  It is normal to feel nervous about trying fertility treatment abroad. Unknowing how the clinic will look, or how the doctor and nurses will be in real life. However, once we arrived at the clinic from the very first meeting my mind was completely at peace. The clinic is state of art, beautiful, clean and well organised. The staff receptionists and nurses were always friendly and helpful. The clinic is in an affluent safe location. Sandra was with me through the whole treatment, she was lovely, funny and kind. What Dr Selim gave us this cycle was the best we could have asked for. He gave us answers that not one doctor in the UK could give us and I have been searching for answers for years. I was classed as unexplained infertility until Dr Selim was able to tell me and my partner what issues we had and what the plan of action should be. And of course, he was right, everything made more sense now. He is so knowledgeable and an extremely competent doctor that I truly believe god put him in my pathway for a reason. I prayed for somebody like him to help us, I prayed for answers. And I got that with Dr S. Hopefully, I will not need to return to the clinic soon, however, if I ever had to cycle again I would go back to Dr Selim's clinic (Jinepol) over and over again. When this man retires it will be a great loss for society, he really is doing this job with passion and care and that is very rare to find. If anyone has any hesitation in booking Dr Selim and Jinepol I say go to him. You will not regret it!! He doesn't sugarcoat anything and will give you the best plan of action for you! His knowledge is vast I would say better than UK doctors for sure. Dr Selim and team, thank you for everything you did for us. Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. Out of due diligence, I had consultations with other doctors to ensure I wasn’t jumping the gun. That further cemented my decision and I knew I had made the right choice. We reached Dr Erhan from a friend who get treated him too. I had a fibroid and I was looking for a doctor who can do the operation by laparoscopy.
