Improving the health of infants through baby massage classes for parents is the speciality offered by this team. The classes are held at Argyle Street in Hebburn and at reading Road in South Shields. The course teaches parents the strokes and sequences of baby massage, the benefits of the strokes, the oils to use for babies, adapting massages for ailments and when and when not to massage. Parents who regularly massage their babies help them sleep better, strengthen and tone their muscles, relieve trapped wind, colic and constipation and help them relax.
