I can offer you Sports Injury treatment and advise including Shin Splints, Torn Muscles, Tendonitis, Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Bursitis, and many others.

Conveniently located at Chorlton, Manchester with very easy accessibility by car and public transport.  There is sometimes availability to park on the clinic driveway, or usually spaces on the surrounding roads.  There is also a car park opposite that charges £1 for 2 hrs which will be refunded to you by Serenity Therapies.

Excellent treatment

I am a long distance runner and I was preparing for the London marathon. Prior to this I had an injury. Carole provided me with sports massage, ice and stretching and after-care advice. I was really pleased with the treatment and completed the Marathon. I have been back several times for a massage. Excellent treatment and a very good price.

Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as necks, lower back tightness and sore shoulders. Using specific deep strokes, a Deep Tissue Massage is vigorous to get to the deeper layers of muscle tissue!
