I was diagnosed with sciatica and was recommended The Lansdown Clinic from family and the service provided has been excellent. The sciatica was gone after 4 weeks and the I'm now on the second stage of treatment involving a chiropractor and a massage therapist to prevent a recurrence. This was presented as an option - there is no hard sell. My view is there is no point swimming halfway across the river, I need to go all the way across. I have monthly LDM massage appointments with Katy. What can I say? I don't particularly like being touched and I have total trust and confidence in Katy. She is a great masseur and a wonderful lady. I certainly wouldn't go to anyone else. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.

I was recommended Swiss Physio by a friend and it's one of the best recommendations I've had. As a badminton player, I had trouble with my knees and wasn't able to run. The treatment room is impressive with lots of equipment and aides. Got treatment on the knees and legs and was informed that my posture was contributing to most of it. Angela gave me lots of exercises to do and videoed me doing them on my phone so I wouldn't forget what to do. Worked a treat and on going back to badminton I could move and run as if nothing had happened. She did such a good job I haven't needed to return but at the slightest sign of injury, I would not hesitate in returning. Mega value for money as it put me back on the court. I would recommend this clinic with no reservations.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

CACI treatment was excellent! I just completed a course of 10, good value because you get 2 free. The therapist didn't always go by the book, which is a good thing as she analysed my skin's need then plan appropriate treatments. My friends told me I look younger, my face is bright and more plumped. I also had a pedicure just to try out, will definitely go back soon instead of going elsewhere. Much better than my usual pedicure place! I chose Exclusive clinic because it's closer to my house than my previous clinic. A little sceptical at first as I have been going to my previous clinic for over a decade for CACI treatments. After seeing the result and completed my course of 10, I have booked for the next course.
