Massage by Patrik

Patrik has helped a great deal with an acute lower back problem - sprain or strain due to overwork - that was causing me fairly severe pain. He managed to completely release it by working on a whole set of muscles, as well as recommended exercises.

Patrik has done wonders for my running over the years. Before Patrik, I struggled with hip and knee problems and standard physiotherapy took weeks to address. An hour with Patrik cleared up my alignment issues and a set of exercises he prescribed helped me to avoid further injuries.

Having experienced ongoing pain in the lower back and down the left leg along with calf muscle it is the second time I've paid a visit to Patrik. The first occasion was the neck, shoulder and lower back.

I received a very professional and highly skilled massage that really helped alleviate the pain I was in. I was having trouble sitting and driving, Patrik really helped. He is currently working on my back, leg and calf. He is very skilled and very thorough. I would recommend without hesitation.

A very nice person and a calming presence especially when you are in a lot of pain. He listens without interruption, lets you tell him what your feeling and works from there.

You will be in no doubt, he is obviously very experienced at what he does. He is highly skilled in this area. The focus with Patrik is on the treatment and not all the bells and whistles as with other places. Very happy with it.

Had back pain which extended down into my right hip and leg due to constant sitting at work and no exercise. All issues were explained and addressed and immediate relief was felt following massage. Returned the following day for another treatment as I was so impressed.
