I began my studies in Alternative Therapies in 2001. As an eager sportsperson in my teens and well into my early 30's I became passionate about Health, Fitness & Well-being and the natural progression for me was to both adhere to and spread that message. I have worked for many years as a fitness instructor, swimming instructor and as a Therapist based in Cork City. I specialise in Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology & Sports Injury/ Deep Tissue Massage. I customise every treatment depending on the needs of each individual. Over the last 14 years I have gained a wealth of knowledge & experience dealing with people of various ages and an array of symptoms, injuries & ailments. I am also qualified as an Indian Head Massage Therapist. I feel confident that after meeting each individual client I can customise a treatment that will enable them to experience improvement in well being after their initial visit.
