She is a member of the European Society of Ophthalmic Nurses and Technician and the Estonian Operating Room Nurses Association. Ave has acquired new knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical trainings in Estonia, France, Portugal, Spain, UK and Latvia.

Gustav conducts vision quality tests. He wore glasses for approximately 12 years, until in 2008 when he underwent the Epi-K Supreme laser operation. His personal experience helps Gustav better understand the concerns and needs of our patients. Gustav has participated in several trainings in Estonia and elsewhere in Europe to get additional knowledge on laser eye surgery.
