I run a reflexology clinic in beautiful Furbo, Galway. Clients who book in to my clinics, come for help with many different issues such as stress reductions, relaxation, hormonal balancing, emotional upset (e,g,grief), and help to heal and manage physical conditions.Reflexology works through the gentle manipulation of the feet - every part of the foot corresponds/reflexes to an organ or system in the body, and manipulating theses points brings balance and restoration to each organ and system with an overall sense of of calm to the body and mind ans spirit. 

My Polarity therapy clinic is a therapy which uses an elemental assessment to help where in the body a person may need energetic balancing. and clients find it very helpful at restoring a sense of calm and balance, It is a very relaxing treatment which can be hugely beneficial for physical issues like back pain, hormonal, cardiac, and respiratory conditions. It also helps with emotional upset and stress reduction.
