Been to many consultants for my digestive issue, met Maev 3 month ago, and I now no longer experience GI issues. I learned what my triggers were, nutrients unbalances and foods, had to eliminate them for a while, strengthen my digestion, but am a new person!

Very knowledgeable and superb advice. Maev is a person to trust and has a wealth of information around digestion and immune. She has a gift to break a complex problem down into simple steps [in her words protocols].I attended her clinic in Galway, it was hard to get an appointment but worth the wait.

I consulted Maev Creaven nutrition following concerns regarding my overall diet and lifestyle. Maev had been recommended to me by a work colleague. I have had two appointments with Maev and can describe the service she provides as excellent. Maev is clearly an expert in her field and she brings both knowledge and experience into her assessments. Her comprehensive assessment was delivered to me in an honest and easy to understand manner. Her follow up evaluation by phone answered all my questions regarding reminders about what foods to avoid and why. Thanks to Maev I have been able to begin to get my energy back by understanding proper nutrition. Her website provides ongoing support and her attitude and experience with both nutrition and yoga is outstanding. I would highly recommend a consultation with Maev.

The consultation went fine, the follow up - terrible! Got an action plan which seems good,but for some reason she refuses to answer a very simple question that I need to know - how long I should take the supplements for to sort out my system, no answer after a week after repeatedly asking,, am I asking too much?

I have found my consultations with Maev to be extremely beneficial. She was able to pinpoint trigger foods which led to me being able to almost completely stop taking a proton pump inhibitor that I had previously needed to take daily. I have also found that I no longer suffer with eczema out breaks since starting the supplement plan she recommended. As well as being extremely professional she is easy to talk to and explains things in a really thorough and clear way.

I was delighted with the service provided and the results were amazing. Maev listed a number of foods for me to avoid which led to me being able to, almost completely stop taking a proton pump inhibitor, which I had been taking on a daily basis. The other major benefit from my consultations was that I rarely suffer from eczema outbreaks now. I cant recommend her enough.
