From my first consultation to the final 12 month in-person follow up, I have been treated with a great amount of professionalism and warmth from this highly knowledgeable team. Every step of my implant procedure was explained to me in a clear and concise manner, with any questions answered and any concerns I had removed. On the day of my procedure I was made to feel very relaxed before, during and after. So relaxed in fact, that at one point I fell asleep! I was able to lie comfortably throughout the implant procedure, choose and watch television, converse with the doctor and nurses, laugh and joke, all whilst the doctor worked on my scalp. There was no pain or discomfort at any point throughout my day spent with these amazing people and when it was time for me to leave. I was contacted at regular intervals throughout the next 12 months and always reminded with each video call that I could, at anytime, contact the team if I had any questions.
