Brilliant team. When I got my quote from surgery group it seemed too good to be true and I very nearly went with another clinic who were charging a lot more, thinking that they must be better somehow? Speaking to Matthew was a breath of fresh air after all the nonsense I was getting from other clinics. I didn't realise that the surgeons and staff were all freelance and worked in different places? Turns out that I was getting the same team at surgery group as I would get elsewhere for 2k more. This was my second hair transplant and it was a completely different experience to my first one. Dr Ahmad was amazing and the assistants were a great laugh. Amanda and Phil couldn't do enough for me and even gave me a lift home. Jake has been in touch just about every day for the last 2 weeks and has helped with my aftercare. I can't thank everybody enough for the way they have looked after me. These guys are the best in the business.

The consultation itself was thorough and informative, with Dr. Clarke taking the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had about the FUE procedure. The team made sure I was at ease throughout the process itself, even phoning me the day before the procedure to check-in on how I was feeling. From day one, Sat was reassuring and supportive. Once he’d explained exactly why my hair was thinning (first time anyone had), I understood how the various treatments could work. I’ve had 30 minutes under a laser each week and also used the Re-stim drops, shampoo, and conditioner and also taken vitamin tablets. After 12 months, my hair is now not only much thicker but in better condition than it was before I started. The option to pay in instalments is there and I would definitely recommend for others try if they’re concerned about their hair loss.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
