My name is Cristian I'm from USA. About 5 years ago I took a trip to Istanbul with my brother to get our hair transplant done. Dr Sultan made all the transportation and hotel reservation for us. The following morning the Taxi driver took me to her clinic that's where I met her and her staff they were very professional and very careful with the procedure. The clinic was very clean and accommodating. I remember even after the procedure we had to check with her every hour and my phone didn't work and she got hold of the hotel and they put me in touch with her. Me and my wife we are very happy with the results even my friends they tell me I look 10 years younger. I recommended doctor Sultan to a few of my friends and they have great results also. We believe she did a great job, she was concentrating on one person at the time and for a fair price. Long story short she gave me back my looks and my confidence. Thank you again Dr Sultan.

I first heard about Adem and Havva Mono hair clinic on Instagram checked them out on Bookimed and I also knew a friend who had been through their process and he looked good. I decided to ask for information. They were not pushy in any way and seemed professional. I sent pics and they gave me a costing so I decided and booked my flights and a travel date. I was met by my driver who was very polite and skilled. The hotel was a good 4 star that provided everything I needed for 4 day visit. On day one I met the team of three skilled surgeons and Manager all of which were very professional, extremely curteous and I had my own interpreter who was available every moment I was there. She was amazing in her care, professionalism and aftercare too. After consultation and chat about the procedure and where I would like the hairline to be I took their professional recommendation and we got started. The treatment got underway. Initial injections, collection of hair grafts from donor area. 5,000 small holes made to grafting area then a lunch break. Then the surgons carefully placed 5,000 grafts. From start to finish took about 8 hours, initially quoted for 3000-3500 grafts but they obtained 5,000 grafts and implanted into my bald area for no extra charge. The initial injections of around 9 I believe were painful but during the procedure there was no more pain. Half way through the treatment the welcome substantial Turkish lunch and coffee break was delicious. The procedure was long, which I was told it would be, and every 15 minutes my interpreter was there asking how I was. The transport everyday from Hotel, local 4 star, was always on time with a caring, responsible driver, even helping me into the hotel, with English speaking staff was so smooth. Free breakfast every morning with no embarrassment in eating with my head wrapped as there were three other diners looking the same as me. Ordering dinner from my hotel room was easy too. The next day I had a change of bandage then recovery for 2 days. Final day to have hair washed, assessment and plenty of advice given with medication, shampoos, etc, then drop off at the IST airport and home. The whole team was totally professional, well thought out and practiced with care. It left me with a feel good attitude and now that I am home I am delighted at how I now have new hair growing. Bit of itchyness but that is expected and they are forthcoming post-op with immediate advice and always there for me. If you are waivering whether to use this company for a hair transplant or not then read about my fabulous experience with them and go for it. They were truely amazing!

It, first and foremost, was extremely challenging attempting to conclude which hair relocate center to go to however subsequent to perusing their surveys and conversing with the group, I was certain it was the best choice! I'm extremely content with the assistance and experience I got from Goldcity and I would strongly prescribe this facility to anybody who has balding. Correspondence by means of Whatsapp was perfect from beginning to end and the group was exceptionally proficient. From the exchanges to the activity technique day and the wrap evacuation/cleaning on the last day, everything was incredible Goldcity is exceptionally expert and takes care of our requirements! This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)

This was my second hair transplant after expensive and unsuccessful procedure in US. I did months of research then found this clinic. If you are looking for the right clinic to get a hair transplant don't hesitate for a second.
