When it came to deciding on which clinic to get my surgery done, I researched different clinics and came across Pure Line Clinic. After reading reviews from Google, Hair Restoration Network and other social media platforms I decided to choose them as they have a great reputation. During my time at the clinic, Dr Mesut and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and helpful in order to make the experience stress-free. Selim(whom I first made contact with) was extremely helpful with organising my trip for me and also answered any questions that I had about the surgery or general questions. Selim was quick to respond and able to provide help and support whenever it was needed. Any nerves that I had were soon removed once I got into the clinic thanks to the kind staff and professional service that they provided. I was concerned that the surgery would be painful, however, the anaesthesia made it pain-free and the whole experience was relaxing. I look forward to seeing my results in the future. Excellent service! You will not be disappointed! They went out of their way to work with my schedule and were able to secure an appointment on my desired date. I flew from San Diego, CA. The accommodations including the hotel, and airport pick were great and everything went smoothly! Upon first impressions, the clinic is beautiful, comfortable and friendly. Mr. Levent is incredibly knowledgeable but also down-to-earth. He completed a very thorough review of my history and provided education on hair loss along with several options. Unlike many hair loss clinics in California, their prices are extremely competitive and reasonable for the services provided. Overall I've been very pleased and would highly recommend this place!

I booked to visit Mcan in March and was thoroughly pleased with the consultation pre-surgery and results in post-surgery seem good. However, it is only 2 weeks after the operation and full results aren't expected for another 9-12 months. The help and advice were given to me before booking was excellent. The clinic itself was lovely, very clean, modern and had a family feel to it. It is situated in the Levent area of Istanbul which is very nice. One area for improvement is the hotel, Troya. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself isn't great. The rooms are small. The walls are too thin and the decor needs updating. They were refurbishing the rooftop terrace when I stayed so maybe the rooms are next. The doctor at Mcan is lovely and her team are very efficient and friendly. Good English have been spoken all around. Would recommend. Thanks!

I can't say enough things about the care and treatment I have received from Mediprima. Ms. Rabia and her entire staff are the epitome of professionalism and exceptional customer focused care. You will get 5 star hotel for your entire stay and complete pick and drop service from airport to hotel and clinic will be taken care of. Dr. Enis, Dr. Ahmet and Rabia personally will be there to answer all your questions. In my case, every process was explained in a great detail and everyone was very intent on making me comfortable. I found their practice very safe and team extremely skilled and professional. Before procedure during the consultation, they carefully listened to my concerns on hairline design, implants numbers, etc. and they answered all the questions until I was satisfied. The procedure went very smooth and almost was pain free. Whereas, I have heard stories from many friends that their procedure was very painful and they paid lot more than what I have paid as well as they are not happy with the outcome. It's been six months since I had my transplant done, and everyone is already noticing a great change. My hairline looks perfectly natural and no one can tell I ever had any transplant done. I would highly recommend this place for any hair transplant or cosmetic surgery needs.

I had a FUE hair transplant almost 4500 graft and treatment for wrinkles. Dr Gamze and her team spent 5 hours treating me. The surgery went extremely well, and her follow up treatment was fantastic!!! It was lovely, and I would not hesitate to undergo any further treatments by Dr. Gamze in the future. She is a wonderful Dr.

From my point of view, I had the best treatment ever. In addition, the doctor was brilliant with great experience. I believe that the clinic is no 1 in Turkey with tip-top group members that try to work on your comfort as much as they can.
