I travelled from Ireland with a friend on 25th April this year. The moment we started contact we knew AEK was clinic for us. Serdar and the team were excellent. The moment we arrived in Istanbul we were collected brought to hotel and from that moment treated like kings. Everytime we were picked up drivers were on time. The day itself went smoothly and as for results we both already look like we simply shaved a full head of hair. Huge thanks to Serdar and all at AEK. Very nice clinic for professional scalp micro pigmentation. I recommend this clinic

(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.
