Trustworthiness and professionalism are what you look for when getting something like a hair transplant done, and I must say that smile hair clinic has been exemplary so far in my process. From collection at the airport to the whole procedure, the smile hair clinic was very good and filled me with confidence all throughout the transplant. Each step was explained to me very well, thoroughly and with care and kindness in mind. I felt like I understood what was happening at all times and went home extremely happy with how it went. The aftercare through WhatsApp texts is very good and they contacted me first to ensure I was happy and answer any questions I may have. They actually regularly check up on you as well and are invested in the outcome. It didn't feel forced or like a doctor's visit due to the informality of the WhatsApp texts. Overall I'm very happy with them and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a transplant.

I had my op in march 2022 at golden med hair clinic, after a few months of Whatsapping with Eman. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect but when I got to the clinic I realised how professional and clean the clinic was and how helpful Eman was in explaining everything and making sure I was satisfied with every step of the procedure. The nurses and Eman were very good through out the experience and provided a lunch and transport to and from the clinic. The aftercare was explained down to the very detail which made a huge help when I got home, and even after I got home if I had any questions or issues Eman was always on hand to reply straight away on what app with the answers which was brilliant. I've recommended Eman and golden med hair to many friends and collegue since I've came back because of my experience there professionalism and Emans help which I couldnt thank her enough for!

I was suffering from hair loss and thinning of the hair. I decided to search online and enquire with other clinics. I noticed all the clinics provided more or less a very similar service. I went with this clinic because their price was good and they provided very good service. Everything went very well. The communication was great and the clinic kept me well informed as to what the schedule was for each day. Translators, coordinators, and nurses were so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone researching where to go or considering overseas treatment.

I would like to thank Dr Nagian Akbas and the wonderful team. They have done me an amazing transplant moreover with a courteous attitude, very sensitive and doing the maximum. The clinic is very luxurious and new. The transplant is done at the Estecenter Hospital which is also new and very clean. It was very impressive and comfortable.

Dr. Acar is a complete professional. He explains everything to you in as much detail as he can, analyzes your hair and draws a hair transplant plan suitable for you. Afterwards, hair transplant surgery is performed in accordance with this plan. It was really professional and reliable.
