I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one. Granted I was a bit sceptical (as most men are) about the legitimacy of their credentials and experience level. Let me just say, all doubts have been laid to rest! I’m 36 and was concerned about my ever recessing hairline, when I spoke to Dr Maldonado he explained that I had about a 5-year window to decide. That lit a fire and propelled me to make a more prompt decision, shave it off or restore it. I opted to do a full restoration consisting of 2 surgeries 1 Robotic FUE and 1 Manuel FUE. This was the best decision/investment of my social and business life I’ve ever made. I’m am absolutely impressed, satisfied and ecstatic with the results and the stellar treatment I received. I was operated on by one of HERO’S specialized surgeons, both he and the surgical staff were very, knowledgeable, considerate, efficient, and caring! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wishes to avoid overpaying and desires a top-notch experience without the top-notch price tag! It was also nice to do this in Colombia where none of my friends, colleges or tennis partners knows me, it was a bit easier to “disguise” my transformation. Being on Zoom so much in the pandemic didn’t hurt either. Dr. Navarro was most helpful in answering questions and arranging the accommodations in CanCun. That was very helpful since it was my first time to Mexico. He even arranged for me to get picked up at the airport and met me at the apartment when I arrived to give me some orientation of places to shop, visit, maps, location of the hospital for the surgery and more. He's very down to earth. In fact, he insists to call him by first name, Fernando. His associate Dr. Nartowicz was equally down to earth and friendly. Since I was awake during the long hours of the surgery and able to occasionally look at my head in the mirror during breaks, I talked with them and asked questions. What most impressed me was that Fernando Sylwia both were very much enjoying their work. Most people, including myself will find it very difficult to work so many hours at such detailed and precise work. But they explained that their personalities cause it to be almost therapeutic to focus so closely and zone everything else out. And it really shows in their zest and enthusiasm to get it just right. Also, during those hours of surgery they were most enjoyable for conversation. They even took me out and treated me to dinner afterwards at a nice restaurant and we had more fun conversation. In the days that followed, Fernando followed up with me on the healing process and was also very kind to even do a bit of shopping for items to eat for a few days until it was okay to go out on my own. Next time, I will stock up the refrigerator on the day before surgery to save him this trouble. On a 5 star system, I will give them both 10 stars. And with the cost only one fourth of the expense in the USA for the same amount of follicle transplants, it's shocking to get so much personal assistance and attention. That will never be the case in the USA. I feel than Fernando and Sylwia are more than surgeons now--they're friends. And I'm eager to go back for follow up surgery in a few months to see them again and continue the transformation of my hair. They improved my forehead last time. And now that a few months passed, I see the new hairs growing while not fully grown out yet, and it's very refreshing. Next time, they'll work more on the crown of my head and the back. Fabulous. Fantastic Doctors and staff. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction. I was so happy after my procedure and I looked fabulous, the care I had was exceptional. Both my friend and I had an outstanding experience at the Rosenstock Clinic. Both the doctors, the medical team and the service staff went above and beyond. Our experience before the surgery, including instructions on how to prepare, and from the moment we entered the Clinic, everyone was kind, caring, helpful and absolutely professional. Better than expected! I had surgery with Dr. Muñoz and his team. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect, as well as the result (see picture 8 months later). They arranged the whole trip for me, including the hotel (I stayed in the 5-star Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana), which is on the same resort as the clinic and it was all very affordable, as was the transfer from the airport-hotel-airport. I paid $4.500 for the transplant and $500 for a 3-night stay at the hotel. They really looked after me well during the whole stay and I had a good time. 100% recommend them.

I want to take the moment to describe the amazing experience I have had since the moment I arrived at the clinic to ask for an Aesthetic procedure I was considering doing for myself. For the very first moment, the doctors and nurses were really kind, the clinic installations are very nice, delightful, clean and well decorated. The medical orientation was accurate and helpful to help me make my decisions. They offered me a large option of payment alternatives and the availability to make the procedure was very open which made it happen in an incredibly short time. On the day of the procedure, I felt a really nice, warm environment among the staff. They treated me really kindly and nice. Paying their entire attention to my and my wellness the entire time. It made me feel I definitely made the right decision trusting such a professional set of doctors and nurses who put their entire potential into giving me excellent results
