Includes: Initial/Follow up Fertility Specialist Consult, Pre-treatment-Pathology, Cycles monitoring visits, Laboratory cycle IVF/ICSI, Embryo culture, Day surgery theatre and egg collection/embryo transfer), PGS (up to 4 embryos, additional testing charged at THB 16,000/embryo, Freezing, Frozen embryo transfer cycle, The medication cost and the ovarian stimulation medicines. The embryo freezing fee for the first year is including in the package with unlimited embryo. For the 2nd years, freezing fee is THB 9,500.
