Cataract Surgery Worldwide

Travelled to Antalya in November 2022 for breast augmentation surgery. I travelled on my own and from start to finish was made to feel very welcome and at ease with the whole Catchlife team and was very well looked after. My initial tests when I landed were quick and I was soon checked into my hotel. My coordinator let me know the details for the following day when I was collected and checked into the hospital where I met my surgeon Dr Ogan who advised me on what was possible and I trusted him completely. Mari woke me from my surgery and then I stayed overnight in the hospital and was taken back to my hotel the following morning. Despite the initial discomfort and tightness, I didn’t feel I was in terrible pain although I did have a daily check-up from a very kid nurse to check and change my dressings. I spent a few days relaxing before my final check-up with my surgeon. Catchlife has been totally amazing and this experience has absolutely changed my life. Highly recommend

It was perfect in all aspects from meeting at airport, accommodations and the procedure it self. Very professional service we did not have to worry about anything and the follow up after. The operation was great. Even after we went back to USA we are so happy to choose them.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I have only very good words for the doctor who is a true professional and a great person. I wholeheartedly recommend Fabris. Dgida incredibly kind and friendly. In the future, I will definitely call on them again.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. Forever thankful. 100 % recommend.

Just back home from Prague. I had livelong astigmatism and had recently developed cataracts. I was afraid of not being able to drive so after considering a few quotes I settled for Refrakcni Centrum. I m amazed that I did because I would say it easily has to be among the top clinics for eye surgery. Dr Novak is nothing short of a magician and the care team is second to none. I wasn't anxious or nervous but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Absolutely pain free. The cost was less than a third of what I would have paid here in Scotland. So if you have such eye problems and are considering surgery contact this clinic. They are superb as are the results. Couldn't wish for better.

I have toiled with the idea of lens replacement surgery for the past few years. I attended a consultation at a clinic in Glasgow and was quoted £7000 but after reading a lot of poor reviews, I decided against it. I did my research on lens replacement surgery in Antalya and was drawn to Dr Emir Dogan, and seeing as the reviews and price were so affordable, I made contact. The initial contact is through WhatsApp (the same goes for any work you'll get done in Turkey) which made me feel a bit uneasy at first but I knew I was in good hands from the minute I arrived in Antalya. Dr Dogan, appointed an English speaking colleague who drove me to and from the hospital and stayed with me to translate and ensure I was comfortable and understood everything. The hospital is immaculate and modern, I was given a lovely relaxing room to myself which I used pre and post-surgery. The staff were so attentive, one of the girls literally held my hand on my way surgery. Dr Dogan was amazing, I knew I was in good hands from the minute I met him. The surgery was painless and took around 20 minutes, he spoke me through the whole process and constantly reassured me and checked to make sure I was feeling ok throughout the procedure. I remember after the surgery, I stood up and he cleaned my eyes exactly the way you'd expect a caring family member to look after you. This small but attentive gesture made me feel safe. I returned to have my second eye done and the experience was exactly the same, the whole team are so nice. I would recommend Dr Dogan to anyone who is considering lens replacement surgery. My eyesight is pretty much perfect and I love life without my specs.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

It was a great pleasure to meet Dr Ebru. She is a not only a wonderful ophthalmologist but also a compassionate and happy soul. She took great care and very professionally performed cataract surgery on my both eyes. She is very dedicated to her work and patients and answered every concern in detail before surgery. After surgery, she examined my eyes couple of times and was always available to answer any questions. She was genuinely interested in my health and well-being. Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. We were under great care! Lastly I would also like to thank Alisher, our international coordinator who was there with us from the start. He arranged everything for us and was always ready to help. Awesome team of health providers. The premises are equipped with multiple floors of state of art equipment just for the preliminary eye exam and diagnostic all the way to the sophisticated surgical level. On day one my ( International clinical coordinator ) walked me through the whole process, educating me in regards to this matter such as selecting my HD Alcon trifocal lenses, through the whole clinical procedure, coordinating my trip from the USA to Antalya and translating for me in English ’til the day I was fully dismissed by the Dr. Upon discharge he even walked me out to help me get my Taxi, he is just a kind awesome soul !! fully attentive and knowledgeable about the details pertaining to my operation (Natural Lense exchange and Cataract removal ), it took only three short roundtrips to the Clinic to complete, and little did I know I was rejuvenated with a High Definition close, mid, and far-range vision, in less than 30 min procedure, it sounds intimidating but for them, this is the daily routine. Best decision ever in my life, I strongly recommend this clinic and its whole team. A +++++

I am 73 years old and I have wanted to do a blepharoplasty because overhanging eyelids created a problem with my vision. On the recommendation of my friend, I visited Dr. Elsa’s Time Clinic. The clinic has an accessible location, well-chosen staff and perfect cleanliness. Dr. Elsa has an excellent education and practice. She is always calm, courteous and very attentive. Dr. Elsa and Dr. Eugenie have carried the surgery successfully; the nurse controlled my blood pressure throughout the operation. After the surgery, I was under the close supervision of Dr. Elsa and the nurse until my stitches completely healed. I also want to note the courage of the doctor, because I am an age patient. I am cordially grateful to Dr. Elsa and the staff for the work done and for the excellent result. Time Clinic has a wide range of services and I can confidently recommend attending this clinic. I am happy that I was able to combine rest and surgery in Hurghada and it was very convenient for me.
