Burke Street Surgery

Dene Valley Surgery is a part of the Jubilee Medical Group, which services the Dene Valley, Newton Aycliffe, and Shildon areas. Dr. S Baliga performs minor surgery for the practice and the practice nurse, Christine Smith, provides cryotherapy. Cryotherapy involves the freezing of liquid nitrogen and is helpful in removing warts and similar lesions from the skin. Some surgeries require joint injections which are performed by specialists Dr. Fox or Dr. Prinsloo. The Jubilee Medical Group also provides child and teen health services.
