Full stop: Dr Burak from Medhera Health Clinic is the dentist you need to go to! Due to an accident as a child, I have always struggled with my smile. I damaged one of my front teeth and required a crown from the age of 7 or 8. Last year while travelling, my crown (performed by another dentist) fell out, and I was left with a missing front tooth. I began to investigate treatment plans, thinking I'd get a dental implant. Let's just say, the quotes and treatment plans I received from other dentists were ridiculous, full of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, such as full front 8 veneers, when I only had one bad tooth! At that point, I was considering going to Europe to have my treatment done, then I took a chance on Dr Burak. From the moment I first met him, I knew I was in great hands. He never recommended any unnecessary treatments or cosmetic procedures, it was clear he wanted to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient treatment plan to get the best possible result. It was also clear, that giving people perfect smiles is NOT about the money for him. He is truly passionate about his work and above everything else 100% TRUSTWORTHY. Dr. Burak recommended that I get Clear Correct to correct my bite before installing a dental implant. He never once brought up the idea of getting veneers to make it easier to colour-match my crown, after speaking to his staff it was clear that he would not perform veneers unless there was no better option. If you've ever researched this procedure you know that veneers and crowns ultimately need to be replaced every 10 years or so. Some dentists love to recommend them because it's guaranteed you'll be coming back to the office to drop about 10-20k on your smile in 10 years. Dr. Burak is NOT that dentist. When starting the Clear Correct treatment, I had two options, either wait with no front tooth to get my dental implant (that would mean painting a front tooth onto each Clear Correct tray) or get a crown. With no dental insurance, I wasn't sure what to do and considered getting the crown done elsewhere. Worried about my results, Dr. Burak performed the crown procedure for me at cost. Despite this generous gift, the procedure was performed with the same exactitude and artistry Dr. Burak extends to all of his patients. I was sent to a lab for custom colour matching and received the best crown I have ever seen. It perfectly matches my other teeth. Now my Clear Correct treatment is completed, my crown is still going strong (no need presently to pursue the dental implant) and my teeth look amazing. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

My wife had two interventions on her eyes: Trifocal Smart Lens replacement and Upper eyelid both eyes. Wow Djida is an extraordinary boy, kind and always where he needs to be. I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

Just back home from Prague. I had livelong astigmatism and had recently developed cataracts. I was afraid of not being able to drive so after considering a few quotes I settled for Refrakcni Centrum. I m amazed that I did because I would say it easily has to be among the top clinics for eye surgery. Dr Novak is nothing short of a magician and the care team is second to none. I wasn't anxious or nervous but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Absolutely pain free. The cost was less than a third of what I would have paid here in Scotland. So if you have such eye problems and are considering surgery contact this clinic. They are superb as are the results. Couldn't wish for better.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

It was a great pleasure to meet Dr Ebru. She is a not only a wonderful ophthalmologist but also a compassionate and happy soul. She took great care and very professionally performed cataract surgery on my both eyes. She is very dedicated to her work and patients and answered every concern in detail before surgery. After surgery, she examined my eyes couple of times and was always available to answer any questions. She was genuinely interested in my health and well-being. The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!
